If there’s an issue with your gear and you believe it’s a manufacturing fault, please get in touch with us at support@theomm.com to start a warranty claim.

Unfortunately, however, altercations with brambles, rocks, car doors etc can sometimes lead to damage that is not covered under our warranty.

For these cases and as part of our RE:OMM Project, we want to support you in trying to bring that piece of kit back to life.

Just get in touch and we will advise the best course of action.

Our team of experts will be able to tell you if it’s something you can fix at home or that we may be able to do in-house and for bigger repairs, we have teamed up with Scottish Mountain Gear as our Official Repairs Service to revive your damaged kit.
